Josie has always loved working with and being around children, she has many younger children in her family who have spent a lot of time with her and seen and helped them in progressing. She also helps her younger broth with his homework duties, and entertains him. She has previously babysat over previous years. While working in entertainment and working with children every day for many hours her passion for working with children grew. Josie enjoys reading, writing and drawing during her spare time. She also enjoys a good gym session, swimming, climbing and playing golf.
