Requirements:

Due to the client-facing nature of this role, a successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Working knowledge of Monesoft or other payroll software
  • 1+ Years of Payroll Experience

Responsibilities:

As the Payroll Administrator, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist with our client's payroll needs across the UK
  • Assist the payroll team in delivering high standards of customer service
  • Accurate and efficient processing of payrolls from start to finish
  • Assisting with payroll queries and daily management of the payroll emails
  • Ensuring payroll data is collected accurately
  • Accurate and efficient processing of starters and leavers, P45s / P60s
  • Checking and calculating payroll advances
  • Monthly reconciliations of pension reports
