Recuitment Consultant Position
A permanent recruitment consultant is required for a successful and friendly nanny agency based in Marylebone. This is a permanent position beginning in July. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills; some office experience (not necessarily within recruitment consultancy); is confident when dealing both clients and candidates; and is educated to at least undergraduate degree level. Someone who is sensitive regarding cultural difference is also essential as our clients, candidates and agency members are from all around the world and we specialise in placing bilingual nannies. The consultant will be solely responsible for candidates with English as their first language (and clients looking for English mother tongue nannies) and so well-spoken English is mandatory. Some experience in childcare/teaching would be a huge bonus due to the nature of the position but this by no means essential. There is no cold calling required in this position and we are busy at all times of the year. The chosen consultant will have a set basic salary and the commission structure offers fantastic opportunities to progress professionally.
