Our recruitment procedures are beyond industry standard

• We have the most stringent recruitment procedures in the industry. Our consultants interview over 200 candidates each week at our Fitzrovia office however only 8% of these candidates are selected for placement.
• At Little Ones you can rest assured that your children and home will be in the best care possible.
• All successful candidates undergo CRB and Police checks in the UK or from their country of origin. They have all completed HSE Paediatric Certificates.
• They have all completed a certified child protection course conducted on Little Ones premises with our OFSTED certified trainer Kathryn Sullivan.
• Identity and verbal reference verification are carried out with every candidate by the interviewing consultant.When recruiting candidates for domestic placements, your Little Ones consultant will provide a bespoke service, no job is too big or too small.
