• Part time mother’s helps typically work between 10 and 12 hours per day for one, two, three or four days per week. Part time mother’s helps typically live out, in their own homes.
• Part time mother’s helps may also work mornings only.
• Part time mother’s helps often study part time which is why they are available only on certain days. 
• Part time mother’s helps may also take two or three part time positions on differing days. It is preferable for a family to offer consecutive or flexible days as a wider variety of mother’s helps will be interested in the position.

• A Part Time mother’s help will live within a 40 minute commute to a family’s home. 
• In London a mother’s help will earn about £8 net per hour.  
• Part time mother’s helps may be able to travel with the family if they do not have another position.
