• Afterschool Nannies are in high demand. They will typically work between 3 and 5 hours per day. Afterschool nannies typically live out, not with the family.
• Afterschool nannies often study part time or are on student visas and only able to work 20 hours per week. 
• An Afterschool nanny typically cares for children aged 5 years and over, although they are able to care for children of any age. Little Ones will only offer nannies who have the experience with children of the family’s age group.
• Duties are more limited as an afterschool nanny has fewer hours: preparation of meals, homework assistance, driving the children, educational activities such as teaching a second language, arranging play-dates and social schedule, planning children’s extracurricular activities.
