Maria Sierra - Managing Director

Maria manages the Little Ones team. A qualified a lawyer from Spain, Maria has led the team for over 4 years.

Elvira Tufariello - Recruitment Manager

Originally from Milan, Elvira joined Little Ones with over 12 years experience in the childcare sector having worked as a nanny and maternity nurse. Elvira's team places Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Eastern European languages, plus all Nanny-Housekeeper and Housekeeper roles. Elvira gained experience as Household Manager in Switzerland and worked for the British Royal family for 3 years. A certified translator, Elvira studied in Milan, Paris and London. Elvira is fluent in English, Italian, French and is picking up Spanish at Little Ones. 

Olivier Pierre - Recruitment Manager

Olivier's team specialises in the placement of French and Spanish speaking nannies, nanny housekeepers and housekeepers both live in, live out, full and part time. Olivier is fluent in French, Spanish and English and comes highly recommended by clients and candidates.

Casper specialises in German, Dutch, Danish and Swedish speaking live in and live out nanny placements. Originally from the Netherlands, Casper spent two years in China working for a Dutch multinational. Casper is fluent in English and Dutch, and speaks conversational German and Mandarin. Casper comes to Little Ones with a degree in Political Economy from the University of Birmingham.

Originally from Russia, Maria studied International Relations in Saint Petersburg, Management in Edinburgh and spent one year in China studying Mandarin. She is passionate about finding the best possible candidates for our clients.
