Only 25% of candidates applying to our Agency are successful in their application.

Our comprehensive screening process includes:

• Thorough individual assessments by an experienced Agency consultant. 
  
  
• Verbal reference checking - the Agency Consultant responsible for the candidate will vet the verbal references to ensure any discrepancies are found.
  
  
• Verification of relevant qualifications.
  
  
• Candidates must provide verifiable photo identification, including a valid Passport or European Identity Card.
  
  
• Successful candidates must undergo a CRB disclosure or provide a clear Police Check from their country of origin. For more information visit CRB's and Police Checks
  
  
• Little Ones require a minimum of three years professional experience from our candidates. If a nanny’s primary experience is in a nursery s/he must have at least one year domestic nannying experience.

There is no obligation to the full placement fee unless we are successful in finding a candidate for your family.
