"Nadia started working for us in 2008 to look after our children. Nadia worked for, more or less, 25 hours per week and some days were longer than others, but she always adapted flexibly. Because Nadia stayed with our family for so long her duties differed at different stages of my children's development. She was helping me with the little one and changed her nappies, helped me with potty training, weaning, prepared the baby food, changed the baby as many times a day as it was required. When my children were older she used to pick them up from nursery and school and take them to after school activities or back home to prepare them food, help them with homework, arrange singing activities, draw together, play, take them out. Nadia was also willing to cook for our whole family when I asked her to. She always concentrated on age related activities for my children, she is a highly ethical person with high standards and in the same time she is very kind with children. Additionally, she always acted like my team-mate, whenever she had any concern she would ring me and discuss it with me, she would take on board my requests and directions. Nadia was communicative and did never miss anything out. I can't express how much of a responsible person she is. I found that Nadia was very kind, warm-hearted and sensitive person towards my children and she is overall impressive as she holds a PhD in music and she was happy to tuition my children as a part of her nanny duties. I also used some times plan days for Nadia and what I would like her to do with my children or requested nap times, and she always adhered accordingly to my requests. I think Nadia is a very conscientious person and caring my children's well-being was her priority, always. I would recommend Nadia to any family, you can trust her and she is very good with children, I am happy to give direct verbal references to any interested family wanting to work with Nadia"
