An Au Pair is needed by a family in Merton, London to care for a toddler and school-aged child. The working hours for this job would be Monday to Thursday, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, with some flexibility. Someone who speaks French is advantageous for this position to help the children communicate well using the language.
The Au Pair will be responsible for
- practising reading and writing letters
- school/nursery drop offs and pickups
- organising the children's rooms and toys
- preparing meal plans
- booking playdates
The family may also need the Au Pair to complete some light chores such as
- emptying the dishwasher
- tidy the playroom at the end of the day
- and returning any other areas to their prior condition ready for the
following day.
