We are a successful recruitment business with an established client base located in Central London. We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated training coordinator to join our team as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will be smart, organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn, interested in sales and recruitment, have an eye for detail, positive attitude and strong work ethic. You’ll enjoy working in our fast paced, challenging yet supportive, fun and sociable environment.
Duties will include: Recruiting and coordinating temporary staff for client accounts - resourcing, screening CVs, interviewing, checking documents, calling references Finding new ways of attracting candidates Ensuring all compliance procedures are adhered to Placing temporary staff into temporary positions Answering calls, informing potential learners about our training programmes and booking them on the courses Assisting with managing courses and preparing the course material - Updating the course spreadsheet, course database and learners performance Assisting with the process of internal quality assurance for training courses
What are we looking for? Excellent level of written and spoken English Meticulous attention to detail Great organisational skills Sales experience is desirable, however not essential Other spoken languages are a bonus
