You will be working in a fun, friendly and lively environment. We are looking for a determined and tenacious individual who will push hard for success as a Recruitment Manager.
You will manage, develop and retain the team responsible for recruiting, compliance and delivering new people into the business. You will constantly improve the recruitment strategy to meet future needs and support the overall goal.
Other duties would include recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability for internal roles, managing and achieving daily team KPIs, managing customer service delivered by your team, and client meetings to establish requirements in a detailed consultation.
We would need someone who has a proven leadership experience, ability to direct, coach, motivate and support with observation and feedback, excellent communication skills, experience of working in a Sales focused environment and achieving targets.
