Duties include: Managing a recruitment sales team Achieving certain sales KPIs such as fees, candidates, registrations etc. Discussing client requirements with them in a detailed consultation Preparation of Candidate profiles using our extensive candidate database to record job details and candidate information Arranging for relevant compliance checks Find new and emerging ways of attracting candidates
To be considered for this role, one must have at least a minimum of 2 years sales experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and on own initiative, ability to respond quickly to issues and effectively manage a variety of competing activities and priorities.
