Hammersmith, London family is looking for a French speaking Live Out Afterschool Nanny to look after their school aged child. The working hours for this job would be approximately 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to do more hours during school holidays. The working days would ideally be Monday to Friday.
Duties for this position would include
- collecting child from school
- preparing meals for the child such as breakfast and simple healthy tea
- arranging playdates
- helping with homework
- playing age-appropriate games together
- reading stories to the child
- tidying away toys after use – child to help
- helping with the evening routine, eg help child organise
bags for the next day
- light laundry of child’s clothes
- occasional grocery shopping
The family needs someone flexible, active and patient. Someone who speaks French is ideal for this role to help the child learn the language, the family is also open to hiring Hindi speakers.
The Nanny will need to do some light housekeeping duties such as
- cleaning up after the meals,
- ensuring toys are organised,
- and play areas are tidy.
