The Afterschool Nanny must be active, energetic and bubbly, as the child is very energetic and loves playing and going to the park.
The working hours for this job would be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, approximately 25 to 30 hours a week. During School holidays, the Afterschool Nanny could be required to work for more hours.
The duties of the Afterschool Nanny will be general afterschool duties such as collecting the child from school, getting home and cooking healthy meals, helping out with the homework, taking the child out for fun activities like going to the park, watching movies, artistic activities, other activities while the parents are working, and preparing and escorting the child on play dates and extra curricular activities such as sports.
Some light housekeeping is implied for the child, tidying up the child's bedroom, kitchen after dinner time and play-areas. The Afterschool Nanny must speak Spanish with the child as the family wants the child to learn the language. This position will be entirely sole care, so the Afterschool Nanny needs to have previous experience in childcare.
