A family in Redbridge, London is looking for a Live out German-speaking Afterschool Nanny to look after their school-aged child. The working hours for this position would be Monday to Friday, approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility.
Someone who speaks German would be advantageous for this role to help the child communicate well using the language. They are also open for Dutch speakers but this is not a requirement.
Duties for this position would include
- collecting the child from school
- preparing simple and healthy meals for the child
- arranging playdates
- helping with homework
- playing age-appropriate games together
- reading stories to the child
- tidying away the toys after use
- helping with the evening routine, eg help the child organise
bags for the next day
- light laundry of child’s clothes
- occasional grocery shopping
