A family in Hammersmith, London is looking for an Italian speaking Afterschool Nanny to look after their school-aged child. The working hours for this job would be Monday to Friday, approximately 20 hours per week, open to offer 5 to 10 hours more per week for cooking and cleaning if the candidate desires.
The duties for this position will be general nanny duties, such as
- Helping the child with afterschool activities like homework
- Providing healthy meals and snacks for the child
- Providing supervision and constant care to the child
- Being disciplined with the child when required
- Tidying up child's bedrooms and play areas
- Playing with the child and taking to the park
- Planning and organising age-related activities
- Stimulating the child to read and be active
- Reading to and with the child
- Implementing daily routines
Someone who speaks Italian would be ideal for this role to help the child communicate well using the language. The family would like someone who is a pet lover as they have a cat. They would like someone to start in January.
