A family in Hackney, London is looking for a Part Time Housekeeper to join their family and help with their household. This role will involve very light nannying to help their school-aged children.
The children are always in school full time and are very independent so some help with the children will be very appreciated. The working hours for this job would be Monday to Friday, approximately 25 to 30 hour per week.
Duties for this position would include all housekeeping and light nannying duties such as
- cooking healthy meals for the family,
- ironing and all clothes washing,
- deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen,
- dusting and organising,
- hoovering,
- polishing floor,
- cleaning up after meals,
- changing bedsheets once a week,
- helping the children clean their rooms,
- taking them to activities only if needed,
- helping with homework,
- and running some errands for the family such as doing grocery
shopping for the family’s supplies and paying bills.
Someone who has experience working with a household would be desired. The family would like someone to start as soon as possible.
