  • Experienced Sales associate, Recruitment Manager.

  • Experience with database use, Google office.

Your role as Recruitment Manager at Little Ones UK Ltd:

  • Manage and lead the recruitment process.
  • Manage and develop your department
  • Direct reports
  • Manage and develop client relationships
  • Assist and guide your team towards exceeding their targets.
  • Source and interview candidates in person.
  • Register client enquiries, either on the phone, in person or by email.
  • Discuss candidate profiles with Consultants and/or clients
  • Reference vetting
  • CV advice
  • Support new recruits, junior and senior consultants in their roles
