As part of our continued growth and success, we are seeking passionate, motivated and inspiring Senior Recruitment Manager to be part of our team. You must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve the best possible results.
Duties include: Recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability for current roles Achieving certain sales KPIs such as fees, candidates, registrations etc. Taking enquiries from clients and candidates via the phone and email Discussing client requirements with them in a detailed consultation Write candidate CVs and profiles using our extensive candidate database to Record job details and candidate information Arranging for relevant compliance checks All associated recruitment admin tasks - referencing etc. Find new and emerging ways of attracting candidates
To be considered for this role, one must have at least a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and on own initiative, ability to respond quickly to issues and effectively manage a variety of competing activities and priorities.
