A family in Brentwood, Essex is looking for an experienced Afterschool Nanny to help them care for their lovely baby. The Nanny will work from Monday to Thursday around 4 hours per day. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
A typical day would consist of
- nursery pickups,
- preparing milk,
- changing nappies,
- cleaning and sterilising bottles,
- washing and dressing the child,
- playing with the child,
- taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents,
- making sure the child is always safe and happy,
- helping with the bedtime routines
The Nanny will also be responsible for doing some light childcare housekeeping such as
- organising the child’s clothes,
- doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes,
- making sure the child’s room is always clean
- doing occasional grocery shopping of the child’s supplies.
The family would ideally like the Nanny to start in December. You will be spending the month with mum and baby until the mum goes back to work in January. Someone who knows how to drive would be ideal for this role but this is not a must.
