A busy family in rural Somerset requires an experienced and organised domestic couple to look after their family home. They are looking for a couple to work in a live in housekeeper/cook position.
Working hours: 5 days per week with flexibility to work on weekends, depending on the needs of the family
Duties include:
- loading the dishwasher/ doing the dishes
- dusting furniture
- freshening the rooms
- doing the laundry and ironing of the family,
- dusting,
- hoovering the carpets and floors,
- ensuring all bedrooms are always clean,
- polishing floor,
- preparing simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
- running some errands for the family such as doing grocery shopping for the family’s supplies and paying bills
The ideal candidates will be child-friendly, incredibly flexible and able to start immediately. Someone who knows how to drive is also essential.
