A family of four in Barnet, London is looking for an Italian speaking Afterschool Live Out Nanny to look after their two school-aged children. The working hours for this job would be Monday to Friday, approximately 25 to 30 hours per week, some hours will be in the morning and some will be in the afternoon with long breaks during the day.
The role will start as live out, however, from December the family could provide accommodation if the Nanny is willing to live with them. Someone who speaks Italian would be beneficial for this position. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
The responsibilities of the Afterschool Nanny will be
- Helping children with after-school activities like homework
- Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Providing supervision and constant care to children
- Being disciplined with the children when required
- Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
- Playing with the children and taking them to the park
- Planning and organising age-related activities
- Stimulating children to read and be active
- Reading to and with the children
- Implementing daily routines
- Cooking for the family,
- Helping with grocery shopping and laundry
